I am Wykesha C. Hayes, your favorite “LEADERSHIP LADY”.
Today, I get a chance to teach performance boosting leadership strategies to corporate and small business leaders. I have had a chance to share transformational strategies with thousands of leaders over the course of my 18 year career.
I use my education and entrepreneurial background to improve leadership, resilience, and culturally responsive practices among current and aspiring leaders.
I’ve been featured on local ABC 13 and KHOU 11, Black Enterprise Magazine, and Houston Style Magazine. Over the course of my professional journey as an edu-preneur and professional speaker, I’ve worked within schools , county department agencies, the National Girls Scouts of America, hospital settings, and churches in various professional and consulting capacities.
When I’m not using my family stories to help make authentic connections with my clients, I actually enjoy making memories with my husband Steven and son Zaire aka “Z”. You can usually find me juggling my life in the stands at basketball games supporting my two favorite guys or engaged in community service projects. Thankfully, my lifestyle is my BRAND.
