We promise to provide a safe professional development community for professionals and entrepreneurial leaders to access the leadership coaching, mentor connections, and personal development content needed for career and business growth.

6 Monthly Virtual League Access $29.99

• Monthly LeaderHERship Live Sessions: LIVE leadership learning sessions facilitated by Dr. Wy and other expert guest. Sessions are recorded and available for unlimited on demand access for all League members. Each session will align with the LEAGUES monthly LeaderHERship development concept. (communication, building teams, emotional intelligence, strategic planning, self-awareness, leadership basics etc.)

• Think Tank Hours: Co-working sessions where we will work on individual projects, learning plan task and general LeadHERship challenges. This is a time for us to bounce ideas, strategies, pilot test products or services and receive feedback in a safe confidential environment.

• Minor League Sessions: Action and accountability will drive these skill practice simulations. Each member will be assigned to small groups with other members to enhance skillsets around monthly concepts. The minor league is the accountability and practice group we all need on our leadHERship development journey.

• Access to events and beta programming hosted by Dr. Wy and Keey Group, LLC.

Hey Leaders! As a corporate Leadership Practitioner, entrepreneur, author, wife, mom and social butterfly who is always busy doing something to make a difference, I realized I am not alone. I also realized that I'm human and while I can make it look easy, the constant demand to show up in all these spaces effectively, is a challenge that I wouldn't trade for the world. What I have learned in all my years of developing and executing professional development experiences for leaders across various industries is that we all share the burden of balancing successful leadership in profound ways.

This has driven me to create a community that recognizes the unique challenges of leading as a woman of color and offers a safety system that helps us overcome them. I also know that rather we are working to get a seat at table, becoming comfortable in our seat at the table or building our own table--- we can't afford to forgo our authentic selves in the process. No one supports us better than we support ourselves. No one advocates for us better than we can advocate for ourselves. So when I see any of us struggle on the journey toward success, I want to be the voice that reminds us, "we are in a LEAGUE of our own and together we will WIN".
